(Springfield, Mass.) Up at 7. Bright, cool day. Prepared for afternoon services before and after breakfast. Heard Rev. Mr. Eustis, at Memorial Church, preach in forenoon on "One Flock & One Shepherd". Attended S.S. at noon. Saw Dr. Holland. Took part in Bible Class. At Mr. Eustis' after dinner, again prayed & studied. At 3pm went to Memorial Church to Sixth Annivy. of S.S. Addressed all children & adults from Matt 18:12. Went home with Dr. Holland to tea. Delightful visit there. Full talk with him about S.S. course & work. Rode with him to First Ch. Heard Rev. Mr. Schauffler preach. Called at Mrs. Merriam's again. At Massasoit & retired at 10.45.
