(New York) Up at 7.15. Bright day, not hot. Breakfasted with W. C. Church of Army & Navy Journal. Called on Tyler. Downtown with him. Called at Independent office. Had hair cut at Thatford's. Lunched at Times Building. Off at 12.15 for home. Wrote up diary. Read morning papers. Home at 5. Johnny met me. Called at Dr. Curtis and reported to him from Dr. Clark. Out to Camps in evening. Retired at 10.30. Sent one S.S. letter.
