(Hartford) Up at 7.45. Obtained draft for Knowles from bank through Johnny. Prepared statement to Wurts. Off with Johnny at noon for Phila. Wrote to Mrs. Sedgwick on cars. Balanced cash. Went across city to Desbrosses St. ferry. At Continental at 10.45. After supper, retired at 12.
