Met Geo. Northedge. Saw his milk safes. Called at Tyler’s office. He away. Called at A. Taylor’s. Dined with him. Down to Independent office. Subscribed to new copies. Had hair cut. Off at 6.30 for Phila. Wrote on “S.S. Column” notes. Napped it. At Continental at 10.40. Supped, and retired at 11.35.
