(New York) Up at 7.50. Out to Ashland House to breakfast. Met Tyler. Went to Dr. Hall's S.S. Attended 4th Ave. Presbt. Ch. Heard Dr. Crosby preach, on Christ the end of the law. Up to 52nd St. to see Frank Allen. Dined with him. Out with him to visit schools. Addressed Grace Missn. S.S. at its missionary meeting. Told Atlantic wreck story. Over to St. Thomas's church. Attended catechetical exercises there. Looked in at Union depot, and at Y. M. C. A. Bible class. With Prime at dinner. Out to St. Thomas's church in evening to hear 00 Coxe preach S.S. sermon. Saw Irah Chase and the Allens. Back to Prime's at 10. Locked out. Went to Ashland House. Retired at 11.
