(Hartford) Up at 8. Took bath after breakfast. Out to church at Asylum Hill with Alice, in forenoon. Heard Rev. Dr. Riddle preach concerning Christ among sinners. After reading awhile down to Morgan St. S.S. Thence to 4th Ch. S.S. Dinner at 5. Pleasant evening with family. Commenced letter to Fred. Called at Father's. Retired at 11.
