(Middletown) Up at 7. Rainy morning. Off at 8.20 for home. Prof. Taylor and his younger son on cars. Home at 9.45. Message from Lyon asking 000 for S.S. Teacher. Prepared Review Exercise for him. Telegraphed Shut & Parker House and Lyon. Sent letter to Fred. Downtown and over at Father's. Off at 7.05 for Boston with Alice. Wrote on article for Teacher all the way along. At Parker's about 11.40. Good room & fire. Retired at 12.15.
