(Hartford) Up at 8. Downtown shopping for Thanksgiving with Johnny. Bought turkey. Bought envelopes. George Wattles came from Waterbury. Johnny off at 1.50 with George for their home. Telegraphed Fred. Water pipe in kitchen burst. Downtown to plumbers. Downtown in afternoon and again in evening. Bought pineapple, cheese knife. Sent of matter for Independent. Retired at 11.
