(Hartford) Sent Johnny to Southport to meet Mr. Kingsbury and explain my failure to meet him. Up at 8.45. Harry Hopkins called. Worked all day on S.S. Concert exercise for Feb. World on Bible Letter Writers. Father called. Alice went down to market, and shopping. At 5pm, Johnny came back, with Mr. Marsh from Watertown. Pleasant evening with them. Finished concert exercise. Johnny took it to depot after his teacher's meeting. Retired at 10.45. Sent two letters and telegram. Wrote Fred also.
