(Hartford) Up at 7.50. Bright, warm day. Out to church at 10.45 to Asylum Hall church with Sophy & Mother. Heard Twichell preach on Satan and the Christian's accuser. Home at noon. Met Rose Terry. Down to Morgan St. S.S. at 1pm. Called at Miss 0000. Walked about Village, Winthrop & High Sts. with Johnny. Called at his room. He took tea with us. Passed the evening pleasantly together reading aloud. Retired at 10.50.
