(Hartford) Up at 8.10. Bright morning. Good sleighing. Downtown with Johnny. He bought Aetna Fire stock. Hurried dinner. Off at 1.10 for Boston. Wrote on sketch of Bethany Mission. Reached Boston about 6. Called at Shute's. Supped with him at Parker's. Wrote in his office until 11.35. Tel'd Record. Retired at Parker's, at 12.10. Sent one letter and two S.S. telegrams.
