(Philadelphia) Up at 7.30. Bright day and cold. Met Mr. Langton & Mr. Collins at breakfast. Called at Union rooms, at S.S. Prime's office and at Dr. Naphey's office. Bought hat for Alice. Found Dr. N. and he dined with me. Called at Dr. D. G. Brinton's to see about Phila. hygienic influences for Fred's case. Again at S.S. Union rooms. In evening, took supper at hotel and wrote in room to Allen and to Fred. Retired at 11.45.
