(Hartford) Up at 8.20. Still snowing. Gurdon called. Wrote letters. Downtown to bank, to post-office, and to newspaper offices with Gurdon. Found notice of his fish picture in Evening Post. Invited Mr. Dustin to tea. He came. After tea played needle-pin game and verbarium. Retired at 11.45. Sent eleven S.S. letters and one other.
