(Hartford) Up at 8.10. Wrote letters in forenoon. Down to bank and Courant office after dinner. Again wrote on essay both in afternoon and evening. Called at Father's. Wrote until midnight. Retired at 12.30. Sent nine S.S. letters and three others.
