(Worcester) Up at 6.45. Very cold. Looked over sermon before breakfast. Out to Plymouth Church, at Mechanic's Hall. Conducted service. Preached Hypocrisy sermon. Met Mr. Gandy, Roswell Parish, Mrs. Eddy, etc. Called with Mr. Marsh at South Ch. S.S. and on Mr. Stratton. Went to Mr. Morgan's for dinner. Attended and addressed S.S. Concerts of Central and Plymouth Churches in afternoon. Back to Mr. Morgan's. After tea, made notes for evening service. Down to Bay State House. Met McC., Record, Dickerson & Marsh. Out to Mechanic's Hall to Union meeting, addressed by McC., Record, Dickerson, & self. Home with Mr. Morgan. Wrote Fred. Retired at 11.30.
