(New York) Up at 7.15. Bright day. Tyler called. Went with him to see Ralph Wells. Thence to Mr. H. G. Raymond's. Called at Van Lessup's, Alfred Taylor's and Tyler's office. Met Kingsbury. Lunched with him. Off at 12.15 for home. Met E. C. Bissell on cars. Wrote Walter Camp. Met Mrs. Roswell Brown and others. Home at 5. Called at Father's. Off with Johnny at 7.20 for Boston. Met Drs. Wellman & Means on cars. At Parker House at 11.30. Retired at 12.30. Sent three S.S. letters and one other.
