(New York) Up at 7.30. After early breakfast, before Mary & Prime came down, over to Tyler's. Thence with him & Merrill to S. H. 0000 Jr.'s S.S. (Ch. of the Holy Trinity). Talked awhile in normal class. Down to Y. M. C. Assoc. Hall at 11 o'clock, & heard Rev. Dr. Ferris preach on the Christian Race - Running to Obtain. Lunched at Prime's. Over to Williamsburgh at 1pm, with Tyler, Merrill, and Stebbin. Attended St. John's M. E. Ch. S.S. Took tea at J. F. Knapp's, with Tyler, Taylor, & Rev. E. Foster. Back to Prime's at 8. Sat awhile in Mrs. Prime's room. Talked with Prime. Commenced letter to Fred. Retired at 11.
