(Hartford) Up at 9.30. Johnny called at noon. Fred slept until 9.15. Late breakfast together. Fred kept housed all day and evening. Downtown after dinner. Bought stationery, confectionery, and oysters. Pleasant evening together at home. Called at Father's with Alice. Retired at 11.45.
