(Greenwich, Ct.) Up at 7.15. Off for Cos. Cob at 8.50. Took express train for New Haven about 9.20. At New Haven called at North's, Jarman's, & picture frame store. Dined at New Haven House. Visited college. Met Kirkham. Home by 3.30 train. Met Gen. Goodyear on cars. Downtown in afternoon looking for chamber set for Johnny's room. At home in evening. Talke with Alice about furniture. Retired at 10.30.
