(Hartford) Up at 8. Showery day. Had home service with the family. Went out in the afternoon to the Asylum Hill S.S. Concert. "Memorials" the subject of the service. Mr. Starr of Phil'a there. Spoke briefly. Met Twichell, Tryon, Camps and others. Wrote to Fred in evening. Called with Alice on James & Sarah and at father's. Talked with Alice. Retired at 11.30.
