(Hartford) Up at 7.30. Downtown before dinner. Bought school car tickets. At noon went to New Haven. Found Fred Baldwin asleep in his room. Talked with him. Had shirts repaired at Blair's. Met Prof. G. E. Day. Called at Jarman's. On return trip by evening express met Capt. Cross. Sent letter to Fred also one other. In evening called at Father's. Read to Alice. Retired at 11.45.
