(Hartford) Up at 7. Wrote busily on letters. Downtown before dinner and again after dinner. Sent off twenty-two S. S. letters and three others. Rejoicing in town over state election of Monday. Called at Father's. Out to Camps in evening. Called at Asylum Hill Church & sale of slips on way back. Retired at 10.30.
