(Hartford) Up at 8.50 after troubled night of dreaming. Rev'd letter from young Gray. Wrote letters. Sorted papers. Slosson called. In afternoon went downtown with Alice. Called at Austin Dunham's. Saw Charley & Mr. Dunham. Showed them St. Augustine pictures. Very cold day. Met Tryon & Mr. Buell. Called at Father's. Wrote up diary. Sent off four S. S. letters and three others. Retired at 11.50.
