(Hartford) Up at 7.40. Cool morning. Moderated early in forenoon. Wrote letter to Congl Recorder. Off at noon for New Haven. Lunched at Hartford depot. Wrote on cars to Richardson & Fred. In New Haven, called on North, Jarman & Fred Baldwin. Ordered shirts made at Blair's. Mailed letters. Off for New York at 4.30. Wrote on letter to T. H. Camp. Met Bishop Eastburn & Calvin Child. Reached Mary Prime's at 7.40. Met Mr. Sloane there. Called at Mr. Crane's. Back to Prime's at 10. Wrote awhile in room. Retired at 12. Sent letter to Wurts.
