(Greensboro, Ga.) Up at 7.30. Bright day, after breakfast out to call with Mr. Camp & Fred at Mrs. Clayton's & Mrs. Cunningham's. Packed for a start. Miss Hamilton came. Lunched, and off at 1pm for Atlanta. Napped it on cars. Wrote McCullagh, Emory, Buchanan, & Wilkinson. Met Dimock at Conyers. Talked with him until reaching Atlanta. Met Gray there! Went with him to Nat'l Hotel. Walked out after tea. Retired after commencing letter to Alice at 10.30.
