(Hartford) Up at 8. Wrote on revision of sermon to young men and sundry letters. Downtown with Fred. Called at photographers, post-office, and Watkinson library. Mr. Camp called before we went out to invite us to tea. In afternoon wrote again on sermon. Fred slept and then went out to swing children in Asylum Yard. Sent off S.S. letters. Out to Camps with Fred to tea. Stopped at Tryon's on way home. Home at 10.15. Fred took bath. Retired at 12.15. Sent off six S.S. letters.
