(Talcotville) Up at 7.15. Cloudy, cold morning. Sleet storm. Down to Mr. Oriatt's study with him. Made ready for forenoon discourse. Preached sermon on God Lives in forenoon. Attended S.S. at noon. Lunched at Mrs. Talcott's. In afternoon addressed S.S. with Johnny. He talked of mission-work. I told of rainy-Sabbath blessings and deaf-mute signs, also of Mormon and Chinese schools. Back to Mr. Oriatt's for day. Slept in chair after dinner. Read Neal's History of 00000000. Johnny remained at Mrs. Talcott's until after evening meeting. Retired at 10.20.
