(New London) Up at 7. At 2nd Cong S.S. about 9.15. Met Mr. Burnham there. At Bethel S.S. Concert at 10.30 with Mr. Wilcox. Spoke on Forgiveness of Sins - The lesson of the day with deaf-mute sign illustrations. At 1st Meth. S.S. Heard young Benton of Syria there. At 1st Bap. S.S. with Burnham. Met Mr. Harris and Mr. Hillman of New York. After dinner at Mr. Haven's, out to Waterford with Johnny. Johnny preached on Letting Light Shine. Rainy afternoon. Back to New London. Read and chatted until bed-time. Retired at 9.30.
