(Eatern Point) Up at 6.10. Cool clear morning. Wrote on diary and noted items of July expenditures. Over to New London with Johnny. Bought crockery and furniture for rooms. Called on Mr. Haven and Joshua and Leonard Learned. Back to Capt. Spicer's by 5.30 boat. Retired by 9.40.
