(Hartford) Up at 8. Pain in my side. Examined papers. Downtown with Johnny. At Aetna office. After dinner downtown again with Johnny. Had stock transfered at Aetna to Annie. New share certificates made out for Father and self. At Deposit Co. to obtain papers from box. Met Alice & Ally. With them at Briggs to take ices. They home to supper late. Mr. Hubbard of Courant office called. Down to Steadman Post, G.A.R. Home very tired. Called at Father's. Retired at 10.30. At Dr. Stearn's office before tea.
