Wrote on Independent lesson notes. 0000 sests for Nov. 30. Mr. Lambe called. Father twice at the house. Walked back with him once. Mrs. Turnbull at Father's. Nelly Camp called. Wrote up diary. Balanced cash. Sophy commenced Middlemarch, reading aloud in the library. Put new carpet cover on one steo of book stops. Retired at 11.
