(Hartford) Up at _____. Down to South Baptist Church to Hartford Co. Baptist Institute. Heard young Bronson read a long paper on Hartford Co. and its S.S. needs. Spoke on the Supt. His Sphere and Work. At depot at 1.37 watched for Peltz, he failed to appear. Home and took lunch again at So. Bap. Church. Heard C.E. Willard read a good paper on Class Work. Spoke in comment on it. Met Mrs. Beverly & Mrs. Sonn. Back to depot. Met Peltz at 4.50. Mifs Morris & Mr. Hurd with us at late dinner at Bap. Church in evening. Mifs Morris & Mr. Peltz took active part in it. Home with them about 10. Sat with Peltz until 1am down to depot to see them off. Retired at 215am.
