(Greenwich, Ct.) Up at 6.30. After breakfast, off with Sophy & May for home, by 8.24 train. At New Haven met Miss May Bacon in depot. Rainy day. Home at 12.30. Sent off six S.S. letters and two others. Down to bank after dinner. Coal came in afternoon. Man commenced putting it in. After tea called with Alice at Father's to see Prime and Mary just back from White Mountains. Retired at 11.
