(Hartford) Up at 7.10. Bright day. Off at 8.10 for New York. Rev. Dr. Robins on the cars. Met J.E. Searle on cars at New Haven. Wrote up diary. At Prime's about 1pm. Anna & Prime out. Called at Wisewell's, Vincent's, Van Lessup's, Allen's, and Hugh Peter's. At Independent office with Peters. Thence to Englewood, N.J. Passed evening at Peter's home talking with him. Retired about 10.30.
